Asia is big. It’s over 4 times larger than Europe and has 6 times the population. It has an abundance of different cultures. Many of these have developed independently from their own cradles of civilisation. As a result, the people of Asia have established the broadest variety of human adaptation found on any of the continents.
Asia is well known for being host to the world’s widest climatic extremes, and, consequently, produces the most varied forms of vegetation and animal life on Earth. This had led to stunning landscapes, such as the Himalayan mountains between China and India and large island nations, such as Indonesia.
